Suggest a better descriptionBuy red potatoes - wash and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Rinse to remove excess starch and dry on paper towels. Use a plastic bag (gallon size), put in Lipton Onion dry soup mix. Add a couple of teaspoons of Lawry's Seasoned Salt. Shake to mix together. Add cubed potatoes, shaking and mixing contents until all is coated. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Put seasoned potato cubes on cookie sheet. Drizzle a couple of tablespoons of melted butter over the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, turning potatoes occasionally. Done when they are browned and cooked through.
