A nice, creamy, home made version of the classic Macaroni cheese recipe. This can be made ahead of time, and heated when needed.
1. Cook macaroni according to directions on the package. I use the large elbow macaroni. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add the olive oil to the noodles and stir.
2. In a sauce pan, add Velveeta, heavy cream and butter and heat over medium heat until melted.
3. Pour sauce over the macaroni and add the onion powder. Mix well.
4. Add macaroni into a 9 by 13 cooking pan. Top with grated cheddar, grated parmesan and bread crumbs. Cook at 300 until the top cheese is melted.
