Delicious Home Made Yohurt
Place one litre of UHT milk in a stainless steel pot on the stove and add the powdered milk mixing well to dissolve.
Now add 2 or 3 drops of calcium chloride
Heat the milk to 40 degrees celcius and add the stater culture. Only a very small amount.
Place in dream pot and maintain the mixture at 40 degrees for 8 to 10 hours.
