Delicious and healthy dessert that will leave your sweet tooth satisfied.
Peal and dice the apples and cook with the water until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain the water and place cooked apples in a food processor until smooth. Pour back into saucepan along with the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook over low heat until it slowly boils for 2 minutes. Garnish with cinnamon if desired. This can be put into ziplock and frozen up to 3 months.
