Makes a great guilt free snack!
Cut zucchini lengthwise. In a separate bowl combine parmesan, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place zucchini strips on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle on cheese mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degres for 15 min, then broil until golden brown.
