A simple Mild BBQ spice that works very well with chicken dishes and great for the BBQ.
1. Add 2 table spoons of sugar followed by 1 table spoon of the other spices.
2. Grind the spices with the pestle and mortar to ensure full blending. (If you don’t have a pestle and mortar just ensure it is mixed properly)
Alterations:
If you like it sweet simple add more sugar.
If you like it hotter add more cayenne pepper, smoke paprika (small amounts to begin with as it will get hot very quickly)
You can add Garlic to the mix but only add a little amount or it will over power the rest.
