CHICKEN FETTUCCINE
In large skillet, brown chicken in broth or low to med heat. Add mushrooms and green onion. When vegetables are cooked soft, turn heat to low and cook until chicken is cooked through.
SAUCE
Combine and cook until thick. Turn heat to low. Melt in 8 oz cream cheese. Pour sauce over chicken and warm through. Serve over 1 lb cooked fettuccine noodles.
*Serve with Caesar salad and garlic bread.
ALFREDO SAUCE
Mix cream and butter with whisk on simmer.
Add 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan, a dash of black pepper. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and fresh grated cheese.
