2. Place the chicken on a caking sheet and rub with the butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper and cook under the grill on a medium heat for 7.5 minutes. Turn and cook the other side for 7.5 minutes
3. Mix together the remaining garlic butter and breadcrumbs. Remove the chicken from the trial and top each breast with a smear if breadcrumbs.
4. Return to the grill for 3-5 minutes. Check the chicken is cooked all the way through
5. Serve with vegetables and rice. Can be frozen was cooled
