My son's favorite pizza
Prepare the dough. I use my bread machine and it takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to make the 2 pound loaf. This is enough for two large pizzas.
While Bread machine is working I grill the chicken and get it chopped up.
Once bread machine is completed split dough in half. Place on 2 cooking sprayed pizza stones and shape to fit the stone. Once complete bake each stone for 6 minutes in a 400(F) degree oven. Carefully coat each pizza with the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and the garlic powder. Add about 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese to each pizza. Then top each pizza with the remaining ingredients.
Top each pizza with the 3 cups remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
