1. Put everything in the pressure cooker and cook for two hours.
2. When it's done strain everything and make sure you've got 1 qt. of broth. Might have to add water. (white wine works too)
3. Salt to taste.
4. Cook down to 1 cup and when cool put in your storage container.
5. Remember it's concentrated; when reconstituted this will make 1 qt. of broth.
