1. Heat oven to 375F. 2. In a big bowl, blend crisco, brown sugar, vanilla, and milk. Blend in egg. In a small bowl, mix (do not blend) flour, baking soda, and salt. Pour the dry ingredients into the big bowl. Mix with fork until flour disappears. Mix in chocolate chips. 3. Use spoon or hands to drop a small portion onto cookie sheet. Bake for 9 minutes.
