A great snack without preservatives.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds/almonds and coconut. Combine honey, oil, and water and pour over the mixture. Stir well. Spread on a large rimmed cookie sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until nicely browned on top. Stir the granola every 5 to 10 minutes while baking. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Add raisins and stir. Store in a tightly sealed jar to keep fresh. Will keep for several weeks or freeze for longer.
