Suggest a better descriptionHeat milk to 185 degrees. Can microwave for 6 min 45 sec to 7 minutes. Cool down to 100-108 degrees. Add Greek yogurt for start. Keep at 100 degrees for 5-10 hours. Strain for an hour to make nice and thick. Discard whey. Whisk to make smooth and shines. Store in airtight container in the fridge.
