These are great meatballs that may be used in a variety of ethnic dishes or by themselves as appetizers. Easy to make and versatile.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place thawed ground beef in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix using you hands. Mix well to ensure that all ingredients are distributed equally. Prepare a 13x9 glass baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray (enough to coat the entire surface.) Roll the mixed ground beef into 1 1/2 -2" balls and place in the baking dish. Meatballs may be placed closed together with no problem. Bake meatballs at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and use in your favorite spaghetti sauce or as appetizers.
Make sure the ingrediants are mixed thoroughly so that you don't bite into a clump of onion soup or garlic powder.
