This is an easy way to make homemade meatloaf.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly, except chedder cheese, reserving 1/2
cup catsup for topping. Transfer to baking pan, and shape into loaf. In a bowl, mix the rest
of the catsup with the brown sugar and vinegar, refrigerate. Place meatloaf in oven and
bake at 350 F. for 1 hour. Top with the catsup mixture and bake for an additional 10
minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake until melted. Let stand 5 minutes before
serving.
