In a bowl mix ketchup, light brown sugar and ground mustard until well integrated.
Meatloaf
Put ground beef, pork and veal in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, bread crumbs, grated cheese, garlic, onion, parsley, and basil.
Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Put on baking sheet and form into a loaf. Coat with glaze.
Place in oven at 350 degrees for one hour, periodically adding glaze.
