Mix all ingredients together with a whisk (do not over mix)
Heat a large skillet on medium heat
Once skillet is hot, spray with cooking spray or add some butter to the pan
Spoon pancakes onto skillet (about 1/2 cup) and cook until tops begin to bubble
Flip pancakes and cook other side for about 30 seconds to 1 minute
Remove from skillet and keep warm in a 200 degree oven until serving
Note: Adjust stove heat as required and add cooking spray or butter as needed
