1st morning: Mix all ingredients together, by hand, in large mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
2nd and third mornings: Mix again and set back in refrigerator.
4th morning: Mix again and form into two small rolls. Bake on broiler pan for 8 hours at 150 degrees.
Cure in refrigerator for two more days.
This is great served as summer sausage would be. Served with crackers and cheese. This freezes well.
