Suggest a better descriptionIn bowl, mix & beat 2 cup flour, salt, & water for 2 min. Add 1/2 cup flour and beat 2 min. Add 1½ -2 cups flour and knead for 8 min. Cover; let rise 1 hour. Punch down, knead for 1 min., let rise for 15 min. Grease pizza pan and spread dough out onto pan. Mix sauce ingredients together and spread on dough. If needed, thin sauce with water or tomato sauce.
For toppings use your favorite meats, cheese, and vegetables.
Add your toppings. Bake at 450° for 20-30 min.
