Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 500° (NOT BROIL) (If using a pizza stone, be sure it's in the oven before turning it on)
Pour the warm water in a large bowl.
Add yeast and let it sit for about a minute until it's looking a little foamy.
Add the flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Stir to combine.
Flour a clean work surface and dump the dough onto it. Knead the dough for about 4 minutes
Place the dough back in the bowl and cover it with a kitchen towel. Put bowl on top of the stove (heat from oven will make dough pliable) and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Divide dough in half and roll it into a circle (if too thick, it will take longer to cook)
Spray the back of a cookie sheet and place rolled out dough on the back of the cookie sheet
Add sauce and toppings
Bake at 500° for 10 minutes
