Homemade Pizza
Mix yeast and warm water and let sit for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients, mixing and adding
flour until just past the sticky stage. Let the dough sit for a few minutes. Rub olive oil on dough and roll
out pretty thin to desired size. Spray pan with cooking spray and/or cornmeal. Top pizza dough with
pizza sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or 15-20 minutes if frozen.
