A homemade fresh salsa great with anything you'd have salsa with - nachos, tacos, eggs, snacking, etc. Make it as spicy as you want it to be!
1) Prepare all ingredients and combine into a large, airtight container
2) Shake well to mix. Add Olive Oil as needed
3) Refrigerate for at least two hours
4) Stir and serve!
You don't have to refrigerate but the longer it has to sit the better it gets. Make sure to mix often when serving.
