Chop red onion, green onion, and cilantro and put in medium sized bowl.
Drain can of tomatoes, then place in food processor and pulse until blended.
(Still slightly chunky) Put blended tomatoes in the onion-cilantro mixture and mix.
Finely chop fresh seeded or sliced canned jalapenos, and add to the mixture.
Add the garlic, cumin, salt and pepper and stir.
