Add all ingredients after prepping them to a food processor or blender and process until the desired consistency is accomplished. This salsa will not be a chunky salsa. You can add more jalepenos to make it spicier or not remove the seeds, which will give you the same resuts.
Don't worry so much about the measurements...go with how it feels...I never make this exactly the same way every time, and it's always delicious!! However, if you're really a stickler for measurements, these are them.
