Suggest a better description1. Line oven trays with baking paper and thaw out puff pastry
2. Pre-heat oven to 220° (fan oven)
3. Cover the bread with warm water. Soak until soft, then drain and pull apart into small pieces
4. Finely chop the onion and herbs
5. Peel and grate the carrot & zucchini
6. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly until all combined
7. Cut the pastry sheets in half
8. Divide meat mixture evenly down the centre of the four sheets
9. Roll into logs, brush edge with milk to help pastry edges stick together
10. Brush the top of each log with milk
11. Cut logs in half, cleaning your knife between each cut
12. Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper for 20-30 minutes
13. Serve with tomato sauce
