This is my simple but delicious meatloaf recipe. I've tried other meatloaf variations, but always come back to this one.
Mix all meatloaf ingredients together and form into a loaf. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread several generous spoonfuls evenly over meatloaf. Bake on center rack, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. I always cut meatloaf in center to make sure it is completely done. Slice the meatloaf, adding desired amounts of sauce and enjoy!
