For Batter: Sift cake mix and sugar together. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
For Topping: Mix all ingredients together with hands.
Grease and flour an 11x15 sheet cake pan. Spread 1/2 of batter in pan, then 1/2 of topping, then last half of batter and last half of topping. Cook at 325F for 35 minutes.
For Glaze: Mix all ingredients together and pour over hot cake.
