This dressing is so good, you can combine any lettuce and veggies (and fruit) and have a wonderful salad. Use a combo of soft veggies, crunchy veggies, tart fruit and crunchy bacon or nuts for a perfect combo.
Combine all ingredients. You can refridgerate until just ready to use. Microwave for 30 - 45 seconds just before pouring onto salad.
