My mother used to have a recipe book full of recipes that use honey. This one was our favorite.
Mix sugar, evaporated milk, unsweetened chocolate and salt in saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes.
Add honey and cook to soft ball state (240-degrees on a candy thermometer).
Add butter; let cool until lukewarm, beat until creamy.
Add 1 cup nuts and pour into buttered 8x8 pan.
Cut when firm.
