2. In bowl mix together olive oil, butter, honey, brown sugar, dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, basil, salt & pepper.
3. Add the chicken to mixture to evenly coat, then set aside.
4. Cut potatoes and broccoli then place on baking sheet and drizzle with 1 Tbsp olive oil & remaining honey mixture.
5. Pour chicken onto pan with veggies and bake for 30 minutes.
