Stir fry:
Dry tofu on paper towels and cut into cubes
Fry tofu in oil and 1/4 cup sauce until golden brown. Set aside to dry on paper towels.
Fry asparagus w 1/4 cup sauce until tender crisp.
Add carrot and stir fry till warm.
Serve vegetables and tofu over rice. Add sauce and garnish with green onion.
