Heat coals or gas grill. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Cover and grill chicken, bone sides down, 5-6 inches from medium heat 15 to 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Cover and grill 20-40 minutes longer, turning and brushing 2-3 times with honey mixture, until chicken is done. Discard any remaining honey mixture.
