Yummy and easy!
Combine Honey, Soy Sauce and Garlic in large storage bag and mix until combined. Put pork chops in bag and coat with sauce. Refrigerate for anywhere from 4 to 24 hours (the longer the better). Pre-heat oven to 350. Place chops and sauce in oven safe dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until pork is 160F.
You can brown the chops in a skillet first if you like a crispy crust on the meat. There's enough marinade for up to 6 chops.
