Healthy Chicken Recipe
1. In a small bowl, combine the 1st 8 ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add the chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hrs or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over med heat for 5-7min each side or until juices run clear, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
