Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400. Generously season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a large oven proof skillet. Sear chicken thighs for 3 minutes each side until skin becomes golden and crisp.
Fry the garlic in the same pan around the chicken for 1 minute. Add honey, both mustards, and water to the pan, mixing well, and combine all around the chicken.
Add in potatoes, mix through the sauce, season with salt and pepper. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer to hot oven and bake 40-45 minutes.
