Meanwhile, mix cornflour and water together to form a slurry. Add to the bowl in the last three minutes of cooking through the lid. While the chicken is cooking, cook fettuccine according to packet directions, drain and set aside.
Pour sauce over the fettuccine and stir to combine. Serve with steamed greens on the side.
