On medium heat, melt margarine in a big saucepan and saute onion and pepper. Add brown sugar and stir until melted. Add meatballs and sauce and stir until meatballs are coated. After meatballs are thawed over medium low heat, simmer over very low heat for 45 minutes or after meatballs are coated, put them in the crockpot and cook on high for about 3 hours.
Recipe can be cut in half or thirds, depending on the number of meatballs needed.
