Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onions, basil, sage, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and 1/2 of mustard and honey. Stir in egg, mixing gently but thoroughly.
Shape into loaf. Place loaf in baking pan.
Combine remaining honey and mustard, brush on the loaf.
Bake at 350 F for 60-75 minutes.
