In zipper-lock bag combine all ingredients except pork chops and squish bag to mix. Add pork chops, seal bag, label and freeze.
Thaw overnight in fridge. Broil pork cops 4-6 inches from heat source for 18-20 minutes, turning once, until done. Or grill or bake for 30-40 minutes at 350.
This is a particularly good marinade recipe from a freezer cooking cookbook, but you don't have to freeze it - just let the chops marinate for an hour or two.
