Great for deviled eggs, potato salad adding a little more mayonaise, great for chicken or tuna salad.
Place all ingredients in the blender except oil. Blend on high speed for about 45 seconds; add the cooking oil gradually while blender is running. As mixture thickens, scrape down sides of blender. Blend 1 1/2 minutes longer.
