In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar. In another bowl combine melted butter, peanut butter, eggs, milk, honey and vanilla. Combine two mixtures only until combined. Spoon into muffin cups put extra peanut butter in small hole in middle of muffin. Bake 350(F) for 20 minutes or until set.
