Mix in bread machine on dough setting. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray and dust with cornmeal. Place dough in pan and let rise until about doubled. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
Note: Makes too much dough for 1 pan, but not quite enough for 2. Or divide into 8 small loaves. Let rise & bake on cookie sheet. Bake 20-24 minutes at 350.
Optional: For deeper color, add to bread machine 1 tsp. red food coloring, 3/5 tsp. blue food coloring and 2/5 tsp. yellow food coloring.
