Simmer the lime juice, sugar, and salt in small saucepan over high heat until syrupy, honey colored, and reduced to 1/4 cup (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in lime zest, ginger, and lemon juice. Steep for 1 minute to blend the flavors and strain.
Combine the melon, mango, and blueberries in a medium bowl. Pour the warm dressing over the fruit and toss to coat. Serve at room temperature, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours and serve chilled.
