A daddy special.
Preheat oven to 425F. Place butter into 9x13 pan and let melt in oven. Beat eggs until creamy. (Do not underbeat. I like to let it go for a minute or so.) Add flour and salt and mix. Add milk and eggs and mix lightly. You don't want to mix it in much. It's okay to see some clumps. Bake for about 15 to 20 min. When very lightly browned pull out of oven. Enjoy :)
