3. Sift Flour, Baking Powder and Salt
4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients folding in
5. Pour into a greased 9" pan
6. Top with Fruit
7. Combine Toping ingredients together and cut in Butter to crumble
8. Bake for 45 minutes
