Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken halves, skin side down, in a shallow nonstick pan.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, tarragon, paprika, and hot pepper sauce.
Brush about half of the mixture generously over the 4 chicken halves.
Bake 50 to 60 min. Turning chicken after the first 30 min.
Brush several times with remaining oil mixture during baking. Chicken is done when tender to the touch of a fork.
