Suggest a better descriptionPre-heat the oven to 350-F degrees and lightly grease a 1 1/2-quart ovenproof baking dish. In a large bowl, blend the ground beef with the dry mustard, salt, thyme, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Blend well. Add onion, celery, and garlic to the seasoned meat and blend again. Add the bread crumbs and blend a third time. In a separate bowl, beat the egg slightly and combine with the evaporated milk. Add the liquid to the beef mixture and blend well. Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes, until cooked through. Serve hot.
