1. Drain and rinse artichokes; squeeze water out and coarsely chop
2. Mix Mayo and cheese; fold in artichokes
3. Put in pie plate or quiche plate and bake at 375 for 30 minutes til golden on top. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
4. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
