Suggest a better descriptionFor the Mornay sauce:
* Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a saucepan.
* Blend in flour, milk, both 1/4 cups of the cheeses, salt and Worcestershire sauce ... stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Set aside.
Assembling the dish:
* Preheat the oven to 400 F.
* Cut crustless toast pieces into triangles.
* Place toast triangles in 4 oval ovenproof ramekin bowls (or equivalent).
* Arrange layers of turkey and ham on top of the toast.
* Cover with cheese sauce, top with tomato slices and bacon then cover with a little more sauce.
* Top off with grated Parmesan and sprinkle with Paprika ... then bake until hot and bubbly (about 20 minutes).
Depending on the size of the ramekin dish, if larger you may need to make 1-1/2 times the amount of the sauce.
