1. Put ice cream and butter in a bowl and let soften. Add sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir until smooth, then freeze. To serve: Add 3 Tbsp. of mix into a mug with 3 Tbsp. rum and boiling water to fill mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
